The 2025-2026 school year is right around the corner and we would like to share a few important dates and times:
Register/Enroll: Currently Open
Student registration and enrollment is open and available online at https://whitko.org/admissions/. Computers will be available for registration at the schools beginning Monday, August 4.
Junior and Senior High Schedule Changes
The Whitko Jr/Sr High School Guidance Department will be available for schedule changes the following dates and times:
Tuesday, August 5 – 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Wednesday, August 6 – 11:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday, August 8 – 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Schedule changes will not be made during Back to School Night.
Please note, students should be able to access their schedules starting Monday, August 4. Most schedule changes can be accomplished via a phone call or email.
Whitko Junior Senior High School Renovation and Addition Dedication
Join us as we dedicate the 2025 Renovation and Addition at Whitko Junior Senior High School Monday, August 11, at 3 p.m. Whitko alum US Senator Jim Banks will be the guest speaker. Self-guided tours of the new spaces follow the dedication and ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Open House Night
Back to school open houses for Pierceton Elementary School, South Whitley Elementary School, Whitko Junior Senior High School, and Whitko Career Academy are Monday, August 11 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Back to school open house for Whitko Early Learning Academy – Little Cats is Monday, August 11, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Immunization Clinic
An immunization clinic is being held on August 12 from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Whitko Career Academy. A consent form will need to be completed by parents, it is available here: Whitko Immunization Clinic Form. The cost for a student who is uninsured is $8.00. Grant money is available to cover the cost if needed.
First Student Day
Students first day in school is Thursday, August 14. Please note, there will no longer be a one hour delay on Mondays. School hours will be the same each day, Monday-Friday.
