WELCOME BACK STUDENTS!

This school year is sure to be exciting and we want to make sure the registration process is quick and easy. If you are new to Whitko Community Schools we appreciate your interest in Whitko and are looking forward to having your child as a Wildcat!

KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT

Online enrollment for Kindergarten is open for the 2026-2027 school year! We can't wait to welcome our newest Wildcats!
  • The following items are needed to complete online enrollment; birth certificate, immunization records, and two proof of residency forms.
  • Children five years old on or before August 1, 2026 are welcome to enroll.
  • Kindergarten enrollment can be completed prior to and during Kindergarten Round-Up.
  • Enrollment can not be completed via the PowerSchool Mobile App, please complete enrollment online via PowerSchool using this link.
  • Families new to the district please “Create Account” to complete New Student Enrollment. Current families please “Sign In” to your existing account and “Add Student”. If you already have additional student(s) enrolled, you may see them listed. Returning Student Registration will open after Spring Break, please do not register current students at this time, as their information will not populate correctly.

Join us for Kindergarten Round-Up, Wednesday, March 25, 2026, 5-6:30pm at Pierceton and South Whitley Elementary Schools. Parent meeting begins at 5pm.

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT

Online enrollment for students new to Whitko Community Schools is open for the 2025-2026 school year. Click the button below to start the enrollment process by creating a PowerSchool account.
New students interested in enrolling and living outside of the school district, please complete the Out of District Student Transfer Application.

RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION

Online returning student registration for the 2026-2027 school year will be opening soon! Registration will be completed via your PowerSchool parent portal.
To register you must use a tablet or computer. Registration can not be completed on a phone or through the PowerSchool app.

Do you need your PowerSchool password reset? Simply request a new PowerSchool password by clicking here and you will receive an email with updated PowerSchool information.

If you do not currently have a PowerSchool parent portal account, information on how to set up your account can be found here.

New this year, as part of the registration, proof of residency is required for all students.

Transportation Update! If your address or bus stop has changed from last school year, please call the transportation department at (260) 723-4619. Bus drivers will be calling parents/guardians after August 8 with pick up times.

WHITKO LITTLE CATS REGISTRATION

Offering programs for infants - 12 years old, including preschool, before and after school care, and summer programming. Please fill out the interest form to confirm your selection, and we will be in touch with you.

If you are interested in volunteering at Whitko Community Schools, please fill out the volunteer Background Check Form available on the Volunteer page, then simply return it to the school where you would like to help out. Once you have your background check approved, you are able to volunteer school-wide for the entire school year.
