NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT

We appreciate your interest in Whitko and are looking forward to having your child as a Wildcat! New student enrollment can be completed in three easy steps:

  1. Fill out the New Student Enrollment Online Form to provide us with basic contact information and a school representative will be in touch.
  2. Download, print, and complete the New Student Paper Registration Forms prior to your visit with a Whitko representative.
  3. Have a copy of your students birth certificate and immunization records available.

RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION

Welcome back students! This school year is sure to be an exciting year and we want to make sure the registration process is quick and easy! To begin the process, you’ll need your returning student registration link also known as your Snap Code which you should receive in your email. If you did not receive a link in your email please contact Pam.Baker@whitko.org and she will send you an updated Snap Code.

FIRST TIME USERS – If this is your first time using the online registration, you’ll need to create a new account. After creating a new account, you will be able to register your child(ren) within minutes. The total process should take no longer than 15 minutes.

HOW TO REGISTER – Simply click on the link or snap code sent to your email (snap codes are uniquely made for each returning student so no sharing links) and follow the prompts. Be sure to have your username and password handy from last year. Usually, your username is the email address you frequently use and your password if you have misplaced it can be changed by clicking “forgot my password.”

Remember, registration is for returning students ONLY. If you are brand new at Whitko Community Schools, please use the New Student Enrollment section at the top of this page.

Whitko Community Schools offers Back to School Nights for all students prior to the first day of school. Please watch announcements and social media posts for Back to School Nights dates and times. Special events for incoming Kindergarten students are also held separately.
