HELPFUL INFORMATION & FORMS

After you have reviewed the current job openings and have found a position to which you’d like to apply, complete the online form under the “Apply Now” link to the right of the job opening.

Applicants who are applying to be considered for a teaching position must complete the Certified Teacher Application. Other positions may fill out the Non-Certified Employee Application.

Your application will be received by Human Resources and forwarded on to the school to which you have applied.

After you receive an intent to hire letter, you must complete a background check in order for your hire to be complete. Once you have been hired you will receive a New Hire Packet with forms to be completed for payment options, benefits and more.

We look forward to working together with you!

If you have successfully submitted your application for employment with Whitko Community Schools and have been extended an offer for employment, the next step is to complete a background check. Do not fill out the background check form unless you have been instructed to do so by Whitko Community Schools.

Your employment at Whitko Community Schools is contingent upon passing a background check. There is a one time fee at the expense of the applicant in order to complete the background check. If you have been instructed to complete the background check, and have a method of payment readily available, you may proceed to the background check website by clicking the link below.

Complete a Background Check

Please note:

You must be ready to pay for this background check at this time by using a credit or debit card.

Be sure to notice you will see an alert that says “Once your Safe Hiring Background search has been completed you will receive two emails from KidsTraks Supports”. These two emails will most likely show up in your email spam folder.

One email will contain a password and the other email will contain the link to complete the second portion of your background check through CPI/CPS.

These two emails will be active for 10 days only and if you do not respond to them another set of two emails from KidsTracks Support will be sent to you again automatically. If you do not respond within 10 days of the second set they will no longer email you. At that point Central Office staff will need to request another set of emails be sent to you.

After you complete the second phase, CPI/CPS background search, it will take at least a week before you receive an email from them that your search is completed. Once you receive that completion email you will need to notify the Central Office that you have received the completion email.

We’re so glad you are now a part of the Whitko Team! Make sure to view the New Hire Packet so you can provide us with everything we need to help you receive:

  • Direct Deposit
  • Insurance
  • Agreements/Contracts
  • Federal/State/Local Documentation

View and/or download the New Hire Packet.
