KINDERGARTEN ROUND-UP: April 22, 2025
Save the date for Kindergarten Round-Up to be held on April 22, 2025, from 5-6:30pm, as we look forward to welcoming our newest Wildcats to Pierceton and South Whitley Elementaries!
Kindergarten Round-Up is an excellent opportunity to tour the building(s), meet teachers and future classmates, and receive your enrollment packet. Please bring the following items to assist with enrollment: birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency.

RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION: 2024-25
Welcome back students! This school year is sure to be an exciting year and we want to make sure the registration process is quick and easy!
Returning student online registration for the 2024-2025 school year is open. This year, registration will be conducted through the Parent Portal of PowerSchool, eliminating the need for a SnapCode.
If you do not currently have a Parent Portal account, information on how to set up your account can be found on the Communications page.
Remember, registration is for returning students ONLY. If you are brand new at Whitko Community Schools, please see the New Student Enrollment section at the top of this page.
Whitko Community Schools offers Back to School Nights for all students prior to the first day of school. Please watch announcements and social media posts for Back to School Nights dates and times. Special events for incoming Kindergarten students are also held separately.

If you are interested in volunteering at Whitko Community Schools, please fill out the volunteer Background Check Form available on the Volunteer page, then simply return it to the school where you would like to help out. Once you have your background check approved, you are able to volunteer school-wide for the entire school year.
