The Whitko Board of School Trustees will hold an executive session following the Monday, March 16, 2026 regular school board meeting, at approximately 6:45 p.m., to discuss the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing, under I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(B).
