Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Whitko High School Building Corporation (the “Building Corporation”) shall convene on Tuesday, September 9 at 1 p.m. at the Whitko Administration Office, Larwill, for the purpose of considering the form of the proposed Lease Agreement to be entered into between the Building Corporation and Whitko Community School Corporation, including the plans and specifications referred to therein, and made a part thereof, and for any other business which may properly come before this meeting.
