Certifications
Whitko Career Academy offers certifications in a variety of programming. These certifications are applicable for a student who desires to enter the workforce directly after high school as well as students who hope to pursue a career at a 4-year college.
AP/Dual Credits
By enrolling in AP and/or dual credit courses offered at Whitko Jr/Sr High School and Whitko Career Academy, not only will it save you and your family money, you’ll also save yourself time by completing some of your college classes now. Students may take AP and dual credit classes through Ivy Tech, Manchester University, Grace College, and other Indiana universities.
Indiana College Core
The Indiana College Core is the first step to helping our students earn credits prior to graduating from high school. Through Indiana College Core students graduate from high school with 30 credit hours of college-level coursework that transfers seamlessly to all Indiana public colleges and universities and many private institutions. Indiana College Core allows many students to start college as a sophomore and graduate from college with a bachelor’s degree in just three years.
