Fifth and sixth graders from Pierceton and South Whitley elementary schools toured Whitko Junior High School on Friday, May 2.
Whitko has two incoming junior high classes in the 2025-26 school year with the renovations to one wing of the school along with an addition on the school’s north side being completed this summer to house sixth through eighth graders.
The students were welcomed by Whitko Superintendent Dr. Amy Korus, WJSHS Principal Jodie Clark assistant principal JD Maurer and other teachers and staff members before having lunch, participating in activities and visiting the Wildcat’s junior high spaces.
