Pierceton Elementary School staff and students were excited to celebrate World Read Aloud Day on Wednesday, February 5th. World Read Aloud Day is a global event that is celebrated in over 170 countries worldwide. This day calls attention to the importance of sharing stories in order to bring people together. On this special day, PES celebrated books, heard stories read aloud, and dressed as their favorite book characters.
