Congratulations to the Whitko Wildcats Girls Varsity basketball team for winning their first-ever Sectional Championship!

After winning against Woodlan 64-47 in the first round of Sectionals, the team dominated in the Sectional Semi-final defeating South Adams 78-23. In the championship game, Whitko defeated Bluffton 68-60.

The Lady ‘Cats improved their record to 20-4 on the season. 

Next up, the Whitko girls basketball team will take on Bremen in the Regional to be held on Saturday, February 15, at 1pm at Caston High School.
