Whitko Student Council hosted a blood drive Friday, December 13, for students and staff at the high school. The student council partners with the American Red Cross four times a school year to give students and staff a convenient opportunity to donate blood. Students 17 years and older are able to donate on their own, 16-year-old students may donate with parent permission. Students that donate four times during their high school years receive a red chord to wear at graduation in honor of their giving.

Thank you American Red Cross, student council, students, and staff for working together to give the gift that helps save lives!
